Will they fit me?

We humans are all made a bit differently - some tall, some short, some (lucky) people have long legs and others have long bodies.  And this is further complicated if you have smaller or larger bosoms. So FITUPS Braces/Suspenders have all these variables to contend with and there's the additional factor of high waist or low waist leggings to consider .....

FITUPS Braces / Suspenders are currently available in medium/long length. These should fit you if you're 5'4" or above but, because we're all different shapes and sizes, to be sure this size will work for you grab a measuring tape and measure from the top of your trouser waist band at the front and straight over your shoulder to the top of the trouser waist band at the back. If this measurement is more than 90cm then the medium/long will fit you just fine.  The length of the braces can be adjusted using the slider.

And don't worry if you measure less than 90cm, the short/medium length braces are on their way very soon - join our mailing list (see sign up box below) to be the first to find out when they're in stock.

Will they stay attached to my leggings?

Yes they will! The super-strong HI-GRIP CLIPS connect easily and securely to your leggings to hold the braces/suspenders in place and stop them falling down - they're so strong we like to think of them as squat-proof.  For ideas on getting the most out of your braces visit our Top Tips page.

Are they washable?

Yes! The braces are constructed from performance fabric and durable plastic clips which means you can hand wash them or even pop them in the washing machine with all your other fitness wear. 

You can leave them attached to your leggings or remove them for washing. We recommend to protect the clips that you close them before popping them in the machine. And once washed just hang them up to dry!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We send our parcels by Royal Mail First Class and usually allow 1-2 working days. If there is any change to this due to holiday this information will be published clearly on the home-page. 

What's the returns policy?

We have a 14 day return policy, but please take a look at our full returns policy to find out more.

How do I know my order has been sent?

You’ll get a confirmation email from us when you place your order and you should receive a second email letting you know when we’ve popped your FITUPS in the post and your parcel is winging its way to you. 

Orders are processed every day (Monday - Friday) 9am - 4pm. Items ordered before 12 noon are sent the same day, orders after 12 noon are sent the next day. If two working days have passed and you have not received a notification, please do contact us on orders@fitups.co.uk

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your parcel after 4 working days, please email us on orders@fitups.co.uk.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if it has not already been dispatched. Please email us using orders@fitups.co.uk quoting your order number.

Can I update my order?

Please email us on orders@fitups.co.uk with details of any changes you would like to make. Please note that we are unable to make any additions or changes once your items have been packed and dispatched.
